Trendsetter Collective has always been #2 in their space. Despite having almost identical products and customers, they have never been able to dominate the market like they hoped.
The problem wasn't necessarily that they weren't #1 in the POD space, but they longed for an reason why.

After months of consumer research and no clear answer, I conducted a deep product analysis involving Trendsetter Mockups and 3 other competitors. This analysis looked at hundreds of Etsy product listings and draw direct correlation with things like views, purchases, price, and long-term revenue.
In the end, I discovered some serious product cannibalization. Providing the client with a data-backed reason as to why their shop was struggling to gain more market share.
After this, we worked through our options, and decided to expand.
