Shortly before joining the Enterprise Marketing Team at CMC, I became heavily involved in the signage portion of CMC’s 2022 rebrand. This rebrand involved a new logo, new line-of-business logos, and of course, new signage across all 400+ facilities.
This project involved a large group of signage vendors, coordination with hundreds of facility managers, and detailed organization and process management. Approving and organizing all site-surveys, mock-ups, install times, invoices, and completion photos was quite an involving task. With the support and expertise of my CMC team, this project enabled me to push my project management skills to the next level.
